Iranian movie “Daughter” wins Belgian festival
EghtesadOnline: “Daughter” by Reza Mirkarimi won 4 awards of the 33rd International Love Film Festival in Mons, Belgium.
While the 33rd Mons International Love Film Festival finished, the “Daughter” is a film which directed by Reza Mirkarimi won the “Grand Prize” and the best actor award was received by FarhadAslani.
Another Iranian movie “Silence” has been co-directed by Ali Asgari and Farnaz Samadi won Jury's Prize for Best International Short, according to ISNA.
The “Daughter” also won “CinéFemme” and “International Confederation of Arts and Compilation” prizes of the cinematic event in Belgium received a total of 4 awards from the festival.
The “Daughter” was one of 11 movies in the competition section of this festival and Reza Mirkarimi held a cinematic class after the screen of its movie.
15 cinema students from Europe and Middle East attended in this class and exchanged views about this movie.
